Booktown Writers

Meet monthly on the first Tuesday of the each month in Reading Lasses bookshop and cafe, Wigtown,at 2.00 until 4.00.

Open to: anyone who is a writer or is interested in creative writing regardless of description.

Whithorn Arts Group

A weekly art group for all is being held at Whithorn Community Centre in the Nursery Room every Wednesday 6.00pm till 9.00pm & Thursday 1pm till 4pm

It is an opportunity for all, no minimum or maximum age or level of talent required, just a group of like minded people enjoying their hidden talents in a friendly sociable atmosphere.

Wigtownshire Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers

Guild for learning spinning weaving and dyeing.  New members are welcome as are visitors.  We have in-house workshops and visiting tutors.
